The Challenge

Specsavers operates one of the UK and Ireland’s largest franchise networks, which means every fit-out involves aligning multiple partners, suppliers, and individual franchise teams around a single, exacting brand standard. Delivering refreshed store concepts on time and on budget, while managing a constantly evolving programme, demands rigorous coordination and clear communication at every stage.

The transformation of our Tunbridge Wells store has been fantastic. What was once a tired, outdated format has been completely transformed into a modern, spacious environment that feels significantly larger and works so much better for both our customers and colleagues.

The project took time and involved a huge amount of work, but the team’s commitment, expertise and professionalism throughout were exceptional. From the design and planning through to the build, everyone involved was a real credit to themselves.

The new colleague areas have also been a huge improvement. What was previously a cramped space has been transformed into an environment that our team can genuinely be proud of.

It’s been a pleasure working alongside everyone involved, and we’re incredibly grateful for the effort that has gone into delivering such a fantastic result.
